Our History
The Mount Zion Baptist Church was started in 1984 by the Missionary Dr. Kevin Wynne and his wife Debora Wynne. Ones they arrived to Mexico City in 1984, they begun to work hard, for the first five years they dint have a place to live, no house, their home was their own van. They were busy everyday, knocking on doors, soul winning, preaching the gospel, and asking those that were getting saved to allow them to hold bible studies in their house, and finely the Vigueras family accepted to hold bible studies in their house, and then the Miranda family let them use their house for the night service.

In 1986 they started the Bible College, where just few teenagers and married couples were enrolled, in 1988 God provided a land to build the church building, and so they did, it was exciting to see the brothering sacrificing with love for the Lord, they dint have benches but pieces of wood setting bricks, and they were happy.
