July, 2011

Dear Friends,
Jose Sanchez was a police man in Nobvec, Mexico not an easy job right now. He had been drinking constantly and getting drunk till his wife left him. Not long ago on his way home from work he was shot and left for dead. As he now lived alone no one missed him as he lay bleeding in the street in front of his house. Finally someone saw him and called the ambulance. He laid in a hospital for two months fighting for his life. He had a lot of time to think about his soul. We had groups out over the summer visiting towns and preaching.
My assistant Marco Antonio Jauregui out soul winning knocked on his door and asked Jose if he could explain to him how to go to heaven. Jose asked him into the house his two daughters Paola 10 years old and Jaqueline 14 years old were visiting him, when Marco came in they went up stairs to their bedroom. They could hear their father weeping down stairs as he received Christ. He thanked God for letting him live till he could hear the gospel.
Later he called Marco and told him “my daughters came down stairs and told me daddy we were listening and when you prayed to be saved so did we!” The family has been coming to church faithfully now. 10,061 were saved in that evangelistic trip, Jose was one of them.
In July 1,407 were saved and 858 baptized at our church with thousands saved on the street soul-winning. Thank you for supporting this work. We love and pray for you.
Thank you for sending money for my wife´s washer and to fix our van. We are very grateful for you and to you. Please pray for our safety.
In Christ,
