Dear Friends,
Eunice Vargas was 51 years old. She was faithful Seventh Day Adventist. She was very concerned for her family member who was dying with cancer and wanted people to help her pray. No one however in her church showed interest in her request.
Sunday morning she happened to tune into my Radio program and heard us inviting people to church. (Some 3 million listen each week throughout Mexico). That same week a soul-winner from our church left a tract in her door. (Remember there are over 30 million people in this city, so that was a miracle). The next week she met some, some of our soul-winners who witnessed to her. She said OK that’s enough; God is trying to tell me something. She got saved, baptized and is now going out soul-winning with us.
We have had 14 Jews saved now with our new Jewish ministry. About 12 are attending church. The Jews getting saved are getting excited and going after other Jews. There is persecution coming though from some rich and powerful Jews and Rabbis please pray for us and our converts. Pray God will open the door to the hundreds of thousands of Jews in Mexico City.
In October 847 were saved and 447 baptized at the main church. Many more with our graduates and 120 churches we started around Mexico. Please for pastors in Mexico. Many have been kidnapped without ransom. Eduardo Avila in Nuevo Laredo has had two people killed in shootings. Pray for us and Mexico. We love you and are praying for you. Thank you for keeping us on the field.
In Christ,
Kevin Wynne
